Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Right now, we ship to addresses all across the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we don’t offer shipping to any other countries outside of these two just yet.

2. How Long It Takes to Process Your Order

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll process your order in 1–3 business days. We don’t process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays—so keep that in mind! For orders going to Canada: We might need an extra 1–2 business days to double-check your shipping info, prepare customs papers (like commercial invoices), and make sure everything follows Canada’s import rules.

3. When You’ll Get Your Package

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive in 5–10 business days after it’s shipped.
  • Canadian Orders: Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and may also be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, logistical disruptions, peak season surges, or severe weather conditions, but they usually range from 10–25 business days after dispatch.

4. Who Delivers Your Order

  • Within the U.S.: Most orders are shipped via USPS.
  • To Canada: We work with USPS International to get your package to you reliably. The exact carrier we use depends on your address, how heavy the package is, and how fast you want it delivered.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. For U.S. orders, tracking updates will work until the package hits customs (if it’s going to Canada). After that, you can check the local postal service or the carrier’s international tracking page for more info.

5. Tracking Your Package

After your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to see where your package is:
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking updates in real time, so you can follow your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
  • Canadian Orders: It might take up to 48 hours for tracking to show up initially. Once the package leaves the U.S., updates might be less frequent—head to the local postal service website in Canada to check the latest status.

6. What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Delayed

If your package is taking way longer than expected, or it’s marked “Delivered” but you haven’t gotten it, here’s what to do:
For U.S. Orders:
  1. Ask family, neighbors, or your building’s front desk/mailroom if they received the package for you.
  2. Call USPS directly with your tracking number to get details about the delivery.
For Canadian Orders:
  1. First, give it an extra 5–7 business days past the estimated delivery date—customs or international shipping can sometimes cause delays we didn’t plan for.
  2. Use your tracking number to contact Canada’s local postal service or customs—your package might be held because of unpaid fees or missing papers.
  3. Check with family, neighbors, or your local post office to see if you missed a delivery.
If You Still Can’t Find It:
  • U.S. Orders: Get in touch with us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to cover extra time for international shipping and customs).
Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to figure out what’s going on, track down the package (if we can), and keep you updated every step of the way.
