Love Your Purchase Guarantee – Returns & Refunds We want you to absolutely love what you buy! If something isn’t right, here’s everything you need to know about returning items and getting a refund:

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You can start a return within 30 days of your item being delivered (check your shipping tracking number for the exact date). Returns after 30 days can’t be accepted, and refunds won’t be given.

What Items Qualify for Returns?

To get a refund, your item must:
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and look like new (resalable condition)
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging (if it came with any)
  • Be free of stains, smells, damage, or signs of use

What Can’t Be Returned?

For hygiene and safety, these items are final sale (clearly marked on product pages):
  • Anything labeled “Final Sale”
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. Here’s how to get a new item:
  1. Order the product you want online.
  2. Return your original item (following the steps below) to get your money back.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you got a broken, damaged, or wrong item (like the wrong size/color), reach out to our support team right away!

How to Send an Item Back

Don’t ship anything before getting approval—follow these steps first:
  1. Email [email protected] with:
    • Your full order number
    • Why you’re returning it (e.g., “too small,” “stitches are coming undone”)
    • Clear photos of the item (required for broken/wrong items—show the problem and original packaging)
  2. Our team will get back to you in 2–3 business days to say if your return is approved.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions (including where to send it and a label if needed).
Sending items back without approval means we can’t process your return or give a refund.

When Will I Get My Refund?

  • After we get your item and check it over (allow 5–7 business days once it arrives at our warehouse), we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.
  • Heads up: Your bank or credit card company might take an extra 3–5 days to show the refund in your account—we can’t speed that up!

Refund Taking Too Long?

If you haven’t seen your refund yet:
  1. Check your bank/card statement (refunds often show up as a credit, not a new transaction).
  2. Ask your bank or credit card company about their processing times.
  3. If it’s still missing, email us at [email protected] with your order number and any refund reference you have—we’ll look into it right away.

Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

For orders sent to Canada:
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees from CBSA or the shipping company can’t be refunded, no matter what.
  • When you return an item, we’ll only refund the product price (and original shipping fees if the mistake was ours, as required by law). Duties and taxes won’t be included in the refund.
